Freshman Volleyball has completed a successful tournament season.
First competing in the Arlington Tournament where the team earned 4th place overall with victories over Mansfield Lake Ridge and Euless, and a tough, 3-set loss to Aledo.

The following week, we traveled to Stephenville and earned 2nd place, defeating Stephenville and Peaster in tough matchups, before falling to Wylie in the championship game. We also had two all tournament selections in Sarah Hadden (Middle Blocker), and Mills Morris (Libero), as voted by the opposing team coaches. Congratulations to these two!

This last weekend, we competed in the Lamar tournament where we rebounded from a close loss to Martin, by defeating Red Oak and Arlington to win the Consolation Championship! Great work by these young ladies to keep focus and fight for these wins!

The team worked incredibly hard in all three of these tournaments, going to a 3rd set in over half of their games, to truly earn the wins they had! They never gave up, and fought till the end, improving drastically each weekend!

We are very proud of this group! Their hard work and dedication to improvement has truly shown through with the improvements, both individually and as a team, that have been made through these tournaments. We look forward to seeing their continued growth throughout district competition!
