James Kerr has been involved in wrestling since 1986. His athletic background also includes collegiate fencing, serving as fencing team captain at SMU, and coaching football in the Dallas area. He earned a B.S. in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in film from Southern Methodist University. Kerr came to coaching through Jay Johnson of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and now coaches wrestling at Paschal High School.
