Mark Furtick
Coach Furtick has been a part of the golf program at
Paschal since 1999. He has been the Head Coach since 2008 after serving as the
assistant since 2002. During his time at Paschal he has been a part of 1 Boys
State Championship in 2006 and a second attempt in 2007 which fell just short.
Over the past 10 years, the Paschal boys and girls golf teams have combined to
win multiple district titles and advanced to the Regional Golf Tournament in
all but 2 seasons. He graduated from UTA in 1995 with a BS in Exercise and Sports
Studies. He married his wife, Angela Furtick in 1992 and has two children, son
Cameron and daughter Amelia. Before coming to Paschal, he coached basketball
and football in Mansfield for 4 years. He is currently teaching Professional
Communications (Speech).
